Mt. Carmel Public Utility Co. is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your call.
If the power is out to your home or business, please provide your name, the address for the outage you are reporting, and a phone number where you can be contacted to verify that your service has been restored. It is also helpful if you can report any additional information you observed, such as a loud boom or any lines or trees that may be down in your area.
If you see a fallen power line stay away from the area and keep children away. Always assume that electrical lines, including underground lines are energized.
