About Your Bill

Customers are billed each month for electric consumption for the previous month. A meter reader will visit your location and record the reading(s) of your meter(s) on that day. The usage is calculated by subtracting the previous month reading (which is stored in our data base) from the current month reading. It is important that your meter is accessible and that we have accurate readings each month.

If you have a meter installed inside your location (rather than on the outside of your structure), you will be asked to provide access. Contact our Billing Department for details.

Residential bills are due prior to 21 days from the date they are issued. Non-residential bills are due within 14 days.
