Budget Billing

The Budget Billing Plan can help manage your household budget. We calculate your monthly payment amount based on your previous year billing, taking into consideration any known rate changes. The Budget Billing amount will be periodically reviewed and may be adjusted, although that is not the norm.

June is “settle-up month”. You will pay the same amount each month for the months leading up to your June statement. In June, we settle up, meaning that your June bill will reflect the actual amount of money you owe (or that we owe you). The balance due on your June statement is required to be paid by the due date on the bill for you to continue on the Budget Payment Plan for the next budget cycle.

To enroll, you can stop by our office or complete the request form included with the Budget Plan Agreement and mail it to:
