Night Deposit
Mt. Carmel Public Utility Co. has a Night Depository located on front of the front of the building facing Market Street at 316 N. Market Street. The Night Depository is opened and payments processed each morning. Payments received prior to 8:30 AM are credited to your account with the previous business day’s date. Please include the stub of your bill with your check or money order so that we can give you proper credit for your payment.
U.S. Postal Service
If you choose to pay your bill through the mail, your payment will be credited to your account as of the postmark on the envelope. In the absence of a legible postmark, your payment will be credited two business days prior to the day we receive it from the post office. Mail payments are processed each business day.
Auto-Pay
Have your billed amount directly debited from your checking or savings account each month.
